COFAN offers fully customized solutions, and we manufacture high-pressure heat sinks using our 2000T press. We machine the base and the sides of all fans to remove any deformations from the pressing process to ensure the highest quality. The fins are not soldered or bonded in place using epoxy but are instead locked in place using a special design where part of the fin is inserted into the base.
