Everyone here at COFAN wishes you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year! We had a holiday lunch together, exchanged gifts, drank a bit, and enjoyed each other's company. We also implemented a mandatory Christmas hat policy for the day for fun, but it kept on falling off and messing up my hair--oh well.
Looking back on 2018, COFAN has grown in many ways. Here at COFAN CANADA/PCB, we've released a brand new website, implemented new policies, hired new people, tried the fire noodle challenge, and exhibited at Munich Electronica! Of course, the trade war between the United States and China has made it harder for us, but we won't let it stop us. As for the future, we're excited about our new partnerships with companies and the future of PCB and MCPCB, especially with the recent headway into flex electronics. We also intend to exhibit more at trade shows so we can meet you, and potentially partner up with more companies to keep innovating within the PCB industry. Providing unique solutions to the market really drives us to be better, and we're happy to provide products like the Super Pillar for extreme heat management.
Finally, I know that the holidays can busy, hectic, and even bring out the worst in us, so if you aren't feeling at your best, just know that that's okay too. Sometimes, a shopping stampede of people will show how little they care for each other, and will instead fight each other for superficial goods. There's nothing we can do about that, but what we can do is try our best to be nice to one another. We can show our appreciation to our friends and family for being there. If you're away from your family and friends and feel lonely, just know that you're not alone, and that you can be just as nice to total strangers by volunteering at a community event or shelter.
